The new TIFF Bell Lightbox might not be screening movies just yet, but that doesn't mean there's nothing to do there. Open for a few weeks now, a casual restaurant offering from the folks at Oliver and Bonacini is dishing out Italian fare in an open space with soaring ceilings and one of the best patios in the area.
