A new butcher shop near Yonge and Eglinton has plenty to tempt carnivores but perhaps nothing gets attention like their aptly named Bacon Explosion. This hunk of meat product is comprised of seasoned ground pork mixed with sautĂŠed onions, formed into a log and encased in a bacon weave. Serve it with some bacon jam and bacon infused vodka and you've gone to bacon heaven.
