Toronto has a new destination for game meat
This new restaurant in the former This End Up space offers a taste of what life might be like outside of the city in a hunter and gather community. Of course this experience is offered through the lens of an accomplished chef, so expect to find handmade pastas, spiced ash encrusted game meats, and a few fun takes on familiar foods like Jamaican patties stuffed with venison.
