Secret Hollows at Brick Works

Probably my favourite stop during Doors Open Toronto was the Don Valley Brick Works. While I was there, I checked out an exhibit called Secret Hollows by photographer Philip Jessup.

It's a bit tough to decipher in the image above, but all photos are part of Philip's efforts to document the remains of wilderness in large cities. The shots on display are from within Toronto's extensive ravine system; and perhaps fittingly are on sale with all proceeds supporting the exhibit and Evergreen, the innovative charity behind the revitalization of the Brick Works compound.

The Secret Hollows exhibit runs until June 17th. The Don Valley Brick Works is at 550 Bayview Ave
