Last week when I posted a pre-preview of the 2009 CONTACT Photography Festival, I let it slip that blogTO will be presenting an official exhibit this year at Barbershop Gallery called 50 Artists, 50 Photos. We're having our opening night on the same night (May 7th) as our friends at Gallery DK so it will definitely be the night of the festival to head to Parkdale where you can check out both exhibits for the first time.

While more details about 50 Artists, 50 Photos will be unveiled at a later date, we'd like to get things started by announcing our related t-shirt contest. We want you to design a t-shirt to commemorate the exhibit and for the winning designer we'll not only give you a free t-shirt with your design but we'll also throw in a free phone - the just unveiled Motorola Hint which has a retail value of $329.95.

The Prize: A free t-shirt (with your design) plus a Motorola Hint QA30 that according to the folks at Bell Mobility allows you to enjoy an excellent texting experience, and e-mail and Internet on-the-go, all in a QWERTY device that won't break your pocket book with expensive data plans.

Your Task: Simply send us a t-shirt design for for 50 Artists, 50 Photos. A couple of things to keep in mind:

1. The design should be two colours maximum
2. The design should be limited to one screen

And that's it. The rest is up to you. When you have your design ready, please email a JPG of it to contests [at] blogto [dotcom]. The deadline for submissions is next Wednesday, April 22nd.
