Nuit Blanche Toronto 2012

Overheard at Nuit Blanche 2012

Probably one of the best parts of Nuit Blanche — whether the whole thing turns out to be a shit show or not — are the conversations you're bound to overhear while out wandering around the city into the wee hours. There was some impromptu comedic gold to be heard last night, and just when I was getting tired and a little bitter about how my night was going, someone always seemed to blurt out something ridiculous enough to inspire me to keep trekking on. And I'm not even talking about the predictable fumbling over the artistic status of this or that installation — no, there were some unexpected gems, too.

Earlier today, we hit up Twitter to find out what other all night art-goers were treated to in terms of street banter. The results range from the depressing to the hilarious. Here's some of what folks shared with us. If more good stuff comes in, we'll update this post.
