Mental Health (rag)Time
The city of Toronto, in conjunction with the pharmaceutical companies is launching a mental health awareness blitz. This could either be a very good way of getting people to start caring about their mental health, or a very bad way to get even more Toronto denizens needlessly medicated - only time will tell.
