Police surveillance cameras are indeed coming to Malvern, Jane & Finch, and the entertainment district in the downtown core and judging from previous discussions are sure to be both well received and condemned.
Drivers in the city are seeing gas prices way up again, after a refinery fire and the CN strike have apparently resulted in shortages.
The missing venomous cobra still hasn't been found (since it got loose in September), but police have learned more about the owner - and that he also kept a deadly viper at home, and a third dangerous snake in his locker at work.
While it's not likely to be dubbed Y2K: The Sequel, a minor computer clock problem might result in some people showing up to meetings an hour early on March 11th because the date for changing clocks was changed this year.
