Your morning news roundup for Friday Monday October 22nd, 2007:

A flight originating from London had to make an emergency landing in Detroit due to a smoke indicator turning on in the cockpit. Airline officials stated that Bryan McCabe was found lighting up in washroom.

October 21st was the warmest one on record, for Toronto. Scientists aren't sure why, but they believe an excess of hot air inside Bryan McCabe may have leaked from his body after one of his many falls.

The $500 million Trump Tower has officially begun construction. Still reeling from his recent setback, having to scale back the amount of stories his building could have, Trump could be overheard muttering something about Bryan McCabe's involvement.

Already paying taxes out our collective @$$3$, the city is getting ready to shove some more in there. City councilor Suzan Hall is telling reporters that we can all expect it the tax to be approved, and that she would like to thank Bryan McCabe for his brilliant suggestions on the matters.

Mini-cameras are to be installed in the TTC transit system, photographing everyone who gets on to use the services. Anyone care to remark on their privacy being invaded? Bryan McCabe wasn't mentioned, but you can be sure his name will crop up as a reason for the cameras' installation some time soon.

A Bramptonian was congratulated by police for kicking some ass in the face of a robbery. One of the men wearing a jersey was said to bear a striking resemblance to one Bryan McCabe. Likely the guy who dropped after one punch.

Also, the Hawks kicked the crap out of the Leafs. That damn McCabe...

Jerrold's out of town for the week. He's been bent out of shape over Bryan McCabe for month's now, and needed some time outside the city. Who can blame him? He'll be back next week, with souvenirs for all!
