Here we go. Heat, humidity, and dirty air are in the forecast for today (and the next 3 months). It should be 23째C but instead it's predicted to reach 32째C today - and possibly be a new record high.

If Howard Moscoe has his way, new major retail outlets in Toronto will be forced to provide washrooms for customers. Moscoe has described having a place to cooperate with nature's way as a "basic human need" and I tend to agree. But I still think that facilities are needed more on the TTC subway than anywhere else in Toronto.

TTC union head Bob Kinnear is fuming mad and lashing out at TTC management. They revealed details in a forthcoming report that suggest that an employee who was killed on the job was high on weed at the time. Kinnear calls the allegation unconfirmed and slander, and TTC Chair Giambrone deferred comment until June 18th, when the report will be made public.

The Toronto terror case just gets more and more bizarre by the day. Latest testimony details the planned use of pretty blonde Caucasian women (but sometimes crackheads too) to scam banks, to fund the group, to get guns. Billiant plan, eh?
