It has enough room to house guests while still being homey enough for the single buyer. Also good for a family, but the main bathroom may be fought over since it covers 2.5 ﬂoors. Little ones may spend more time on stairs than is ideal.

MOVE ON IF

If you require a tenant, or a live in nanny to be kept in the basement, this is a no-go. There's no separate entrance. The basement itself is disappointing and the kitchen it contains is dismal.
