New video shows Rob Ford stumbling and swearing

Another week and another Rob Ford video. Earlier today, CTV posted a video they say shows Rob Ford stumbling and looking intoxicated in front of City Hall last night. The video was taken by a teenage passerby who, during filming of the video, caught the Mayor swearing just before getting into a taxi.

It's not clear what Ford was doing earlier in the evening, but the video has raised eyebrows given the wild night the mayor allegedly had two years ago.

In the early hours of the morning after St. Patrick's Day 2012, according to interviews contained in a police report, Ford was "very intoxicated" in his second-floor office several hours after being seen at the Bier Markt on the Esplanade. He allegedly had difficulty walking, shoved policy advisor Brooks Barnett, and made lewd remarks to staffer Olivia Gondek before being sent home in a taxi, witnesses claim in the document.

The Gondek incident led to the infamous "enough to eat at home" remark.

None of the allegations contained in the police documents have been proven in court.

Today CTV tracked down Rob and Doug Ford at the St. Patrick's Day Parade to try to get clarification on what happened last night, but neither was playing ball.
