ttc delay

TTC subway shutdown causes commuter chaos in Toronto

If you thought taking the subway over driving would be your best bet after Toronto's first major snowfall, you were sadly mistaken. This morning, subway service one Line 1 was halted due to a fire investigation at Union Station.

At 8:32 a.m. @TTCNotices sent out a Tweet stating, "Service suspended on Line 1, both ways Bloor to Osgoode, due to a Toronto Fire investigation at Union Station." From there the morning rush hour was a total nightmare for tens of thousands of commuters..

Here's how Toronto reacted to the major TTC delay this morning.
