As 2015 draws to a close, it gives us time to reflect upon the restaurants that have both flourished and flopped in Toronto this year. Unfortunately, then, some eateries are bidding adieu to this city, so why not step in and take over? The dream could be yours.

Here are seven restaurants you can buy right now in Toronto.

Hey Meatball
Hey Meatball is selling its Little Italy location. Get your hands on this red-and-white restaurant, located in a prime spot at College and Grace, for $95,000.

Brussels Bistro
For a cool $149,000 you can start up the restaurant of your dreams in a quaint yellow house located right on Queen Street East. This 1,800 square-foot space was formerly Brussels Bistro. And, it comes with a liquor license for 64 people split over two floors.

Eathai
This Thai restaurant was well-known for its affordable lunch specials. And who knows? Maybe you'll carry on that tradition if you decide to fork over $69,000 for the space. And, the East York restaurant is perfectly intimate at 1,000 square feet. It also comes with a liquor license for 24 seats inside plus 14 more on the front patio.

Young Thailand
What would you do with your very own 3,000 square-foot restaurant? Whatever your heart desires, right? Priced at $149,000, this roomy space comes with a liquor license for 120, meaning the possibilities are endless if you decide to give it a much-needed makeover.

Marigold Indian Bistro
Take over this Indian restaurant at Mount Pleasant and Davisville for $139,000. Rent includes a 1,000 square-foot eatery as well as a one bedroom apartment. This modern space is outfitted with hardwood floors and comes with a liquor license.

Agra Fine Indian Cuisine
Right on King Street West, in the heart of the Theatre District, lies Agra. And yes, it can be yours because it's currently on the market. If you don't hop on it soon, you can be sure, thanks to its existing exposed brick walls, it'll become a trendy (and pricey) new restaurant of someone else's in no time.

Viking Bakery
Toronto's first, and only, Icelandic bakery is on the market. This small space, located on the Danforth, is going for $35,000. So, you can either continue making vinarterta and kransa kaka or finally take the time to start up your own cupcake/macaron/pop-tart/cold-pressed juice business.
