With three locations in Toronto, this popular waffle themed restaurant makes a Waffle Benny ($10) that skips the classic English muffin for two mini waffles which are then topped with poached eggs, caramelized bacon and Hollandaise.

Lady Marmalade
Under a list of signature bennies at this Leslieville brunch spot you'll find the 'Cochinita Pibil' Pulled Pork & Citrus Red Onions ($14.50). An English muffin gets loaded with succulent pulled pork and then drowned in buttery Hollandaise.

Uncle Betty's
This Yonge & Eglington brunch stalwart makes its signature Betty's Benedict ($13) with two poached eggs served on donuts with peamal and then topped with lemon Hollandaise.
