Toronto is getting a massive noodle festival this month
Ramen, chow mein, and pasta pho-natics rejoice: Toronto is getting a festival dedicated to noodles this month.
Street Eats Market is back for a fourth season, announcing its 2023 festival lineups across Toronto, Mississauga, Markham and Whitby.
The first event, The Noodle Festival, kicks off on Apr. 22 and 23 at Evergreen Brick Works. Noodle-making experts are planning on creating wild, one-of-a-kind dishes. There will also be eating contests and live performances.
Street Eats Market touts itself as the largest launchpad in Canada for independent street food businesses. They're also proudly joining forces with Muuse to reduce waste with reusable bowls, cups and cutlery.
Mississauga will have two festivals this Spring at Dixie GO station. Eats Theme Park takes place the long weekend of May 20 - 23. Eats Night Market is on June 9 - 11.
In the Fall, Street Eats Market hits Mississauga's Celebration Square again Oct. 29 - 30. The final event of the season, the Holiday Street Market coincides with Light Up the Square on the evening of Nov. 25.
According to Street Eats Market, the Eats Theme Park combines multiple food festivals into "one massive foodie wonderland." This includes the Noodle Festival, a donut festival, pizza, mac 'n' cheese, fried chicken, ice cream, tacos and more under a single event.
The Eats Theme Park will be coming to Markham on July 22 - 23, and to Whitby on Sept. 23 - 24.
