Lileo Turns Two

Lileo, Toronto's "It" lifestyle store turned two this weekend. If you haven't been to this store, it is a treat that you cannot miss. Located in the historic Distillery area, Lileo is 7000 square feet of delectable delights to appease all senses.

When it comes to the idea of a lifestyle store, the founders, Syd Beder and Alexandra Morgan are the best at this game. They were the ones responsible for bringing uber yoga line, Lululemon to the city. When the opportunity arose for them to open a retail outlet that encompassed all of their beliefs, they jumped at the opportunity.

The store is large and open concept, with all the original wood beams and brick. The large glass doors allow for a lot of natural light to flow into the space. The merchandise emphasizes the store's credo "Love Life Style" where trendy comfort gear co-exist happily with high-end fashion. The store also carries skincare products, accessories and novelty coffee table books plus magazines which are cutting edge of contemporary literary works. It's the type of store where you really want to take your time and browse through everything.

If you need to take a break, the in-store cafe Livia is just the thing to refuel up. They don't just offer great beverages but food as well.

The birthday celebrations started yesterday with a bang. People were constantly streaming through the store while listening to the sultry sounds of Jodi King perform live. The store is offering 80% off on all their winter gear, to thank the people of Toronto for supporting them for the past two years. The sale continues today so don't miss out on it.

Lileo carries unique "tongue in cheek" fashion, everything from True Religion, Stella McCartney by Adidas, W. R. by Replay, Nice Collective, Worn Free, Language, Velvet, Emerge, Hugo Boss Orange, 3J Workshop and more.

Lileo is located at the Distillery District, 55 Mill Street, Building 35.
