Wanted. Your talents at Trove

Trove, the accessories motherload store, is no stranger to blogTO. Many of us have talked about this great gem in the city. I even wrote a guest post about Trove for fellow blogger, Bargainista.

Trove started in 2002 with jewellery, belts, handbags and scarves. Four years later, Trove has expanded and you can find a selection of shoes and fashions from the top local talent like House of Spy and Wonderlust. During the winter months, Trove sells leather gloves, scarves, mitts and hats in all colours of the rainbow. Trove supports many Canadian jewellery designers and often brings them to the store for trunk shows.

Trove is looking for a few good artists. If you are a photographer, painter, jewellery or clothing designer, Trove wants you. Owner, Carolyn Eby, is looking for new artists to feature in the store. If selected, the artist will be featured in the store and on Trove's excellent monthly mailing list, The Treasure Trove.

Artists are asked to submitted samples of their work in PDF or JPEG format along with your ONE paragraph bio to treasure at trove dot ca. First impressions count so ensure that you are sending examples of your best work. That one paragraph shouldn't be the length of a novel. Make it short, sweet and compelling. Submission are via email only, please do not visit or call the store about the process.

You can't submit your package in person but you can always visit Trove to check out their current sales. Their winter blowout continues with Fall/Winter inventory further reduced. In addition, till Feburary 14th you can receive 15% off all Claudia Accessories products.
