Mass Exodus 2008

Think of the fashion students! Right now they are staying up late every night, sewing and unpicking and resewing the collections that are the culmination of their fashion school struggles.

Beside the loving families and friends, audiences for fashion school graduate collections include media and boutique owners who keep their eyes open for the next big thing. Student work is often more outrageous than professional designers dealing with the more prosaic reality of making sales. That makes Ryerson's Mass Exodus of the most entertaining fashion events happening in Toronto.

This year's Mass Exodus is happening April 8 and 9, with a "Paramnesia" theme. It is open to the public, and the tickets are hot.
