Street Style: Yonge and Bloor

Name: Kylah
Occupation: Actress
My style: Comfortable, and thrown together.
Favourite item: My Olympic mitts. Go Olympics!
Hat: I got this hat from my sister as a gift. It's a monkey. I really like it.

Name: Yasmin
Occupation: Industrial engineering student
My style: A mix of contemporary and classic. This season, I like wearing Oxford shoes; I like big bags, and dark lipsticks.
Favourite item: My shoes. I wear them a lot. They just go with everything - dresses, pants, shorts...

street style

Name: Mariola
Occupation: Cosmetics manager
My style: Classy.
Favourite item: I like my white coat, because it kind of stands out. I added the fur collar.

Name: Jaime
Occupation: Marketer
My style: A little bit of an edge.
Favourite item: My bag. It was one of those good finds that I got at a vintage shop.

street style

Name: Eugene
Occupation: Musician (violinist)
My style: A mishmash of things that I randomly find in stores. Half of this outfit is Montreal-based. I lived there for six years.
Favourite item: My scarf. I've had it for five years. It was a Christmas present from one of my ex-girlfriends. I've had it stolen twice. Everyone wants this scarf, but I always get it back.
Shoes: They're my favourite shoes, because they've got shitloads of paint on them.

Name: Marina
Occupation: Poet/teacher
My style: I robbed my mom's closet (laughs). I don't know, I guess this is sort of '70s. My general style leans towards androgyny - lots of suspenders and bow ties.
Favourite item: These pants. I got them from my mother. They're just unusual, and they're really wide, and they fit me well.

street style

Name: Shane
Occupation: Makeup artist
My style: Comfortable. Funky.
Favourite item: This jacket. It's from my best friend in Melbourne. He gave it to me as a present, and I love it. It's just warm and cozy.

Name: Eugene
Occupation: Musician
My style: I'm inspired by book characters that I liked when I was a little kid - like Dr. Watson.
Favourite item: It's gotta be the gloves, man (laughs). You don't see a lot of colour on Toronto streets. We're stuck in this cold, so we might as well wear some colour.
