Toronto neighbourhood toques

New toques let you show off your neighbourhood pride

Toronto designer Lyndsay Borschke at Tuck Shop Trading Co. is helping us brace ourselves for the cold Canadian winter. Her City of Neighbourhoods' toque collection allows us to show off some Toronto pride, and keep our head toasty at the same time. These 100% acrylic hats sport the names of 14 different neighbourhoods from High Park to the Beaches, and the Annex to Yorkville.

The head wear has the knit-by-your-grandma aesthetic, but with designer quality. For only $35 bucks, it's a relatively affordable way to represent your hood throughout the upcoming snowy months. You can order them online at tuckshopco.com, and while you're there, check out their other line of rustic cottage clothing and accessories, which includes scarves, blankets and cozy woolen coats.
