White Knuckles

As much as I like the Oscars, I do get sick of all the mainstream Hollywood fare this time of year. Which is why - instead of going to see dribble like Hitch - I'm glad that I can just mouse over to Cinequest online and watch some great independent films, including one penned, produced and directed by local TO talent.

The film I'm referring to is White Knuckles. You can watch it online right now.

The film is among a list of contenders vying for the Viewers Choice slots at the Cinequest Film Festival in San Jose. If White Knuckles places in the top three in terms of views and ratings, it gets to screen during the fest. And if you want your vote to count, make sure to watch it today or tomorrow. The contest closes March 1st.
