Henri Faberge and The Adorables

Afternoon Delights on a Hot Summer Night: PREVIEW

You've read and heard interviews from all over the place, you might've seen them on tv recently, and for cripes' sake, you MUST'VE heard of them from your friends or SOMETHING! Henri Faberge & The Adorables are having the CD release party of the summer (but to many others, of the century...to-date) at the Palais Royale. What's that? Lots of bands? Huge line up? Lots of stuff? Well, fine! Let me show you the details:

This show also marks the print launch of local indie 'zine The New Pollution. For your interest, it will print and release on a quarterly basis, it has lots of pages and there's plenty to go around!

There is talk that a dance party might not be happening within the confines of the Palais Royale. So, if you still have the energy to dance and other miscellaneous things of nature, keep your ears open through out the day as talk of after-parties will spout out. Invite yourself! COME OUT AND HAVE FUN, FOR WHATEVER'S SAKE!

Details, Details, Details:
Where: The Palais Royale (1601 Lakeshore Blvd. W.)
When: Saturday, September 16th
How Much: $10
Doors : 2pm

For Transit Go-ers:
The Polish Street Festival (which you should attend sometime this weekend, as well), will have Roncesvalles Avenue completely shut down. Depending on where you're coming from, you can either take the Queensway bus down Parkside Drive from Keele station and walk your way to the venue or, you can find your way across King and/or Queen until you get near Roncesvalles. It is assumed there will be gridlock due to the closure of Roncesvalles, so you might want to walk from a certain point.
