Boarding, Bands and Bikinis Await at Wakestock

For the next four days, Centre Island will be transformed into a playground of boarding, bands and bikinis. This year marks the 10th anniversary of Wakestock, the world's premier wakeboarding event and Canada's largest action sports and music festival.

Aside from the extreme water sports, you'll get a chance to see 30 bands such as The Deftones, Goldfinger, De La Soul, Lupe Fiasco and Del Tha Funkee Homosapien (the voice of Gorillaz' Clint Eastwood and Rock the House.

Fellow blogTO contributor Sookie and I will bring you up to speed on the highlights of the event between now and Sunday. Look forward to exclusive photos and write-ups of all the action here in the days ahead.
