Contest: Win a King Khan & The Shrines Prize Pack

Led by an eccentric and electrifying front man (who was born and raised in Quebec and later moved to Germany at the age of 22), King Khan and the Shrines are a garage rock/psychedelic soul band that puts on one hell of a live show. Anyone that was at their NXNE show in Toronto back in 2006 (pictured above) can surely attest to this.

On July 23rd and 24th, King Khan and the Shrines will be rocking the Horseshoe, and we want you to be there.

We have two prize packs (each consisting of a pair of tickets to the July 24th show, King Khan's latest album on vinyl, and an iPod skin) for two lucky blogTO readers to win.

To win the first prize pack:
The short film above was made by King Khan about 10 years ago, and proves that he's a better musician than he is a filmmaker. Nonetheless, it's an amusing watch. Be the first person to answer the following question correctly, based on the video above. After being shot at, what does King Khan's dance partner throw back in retaliation?

To win the second prize pack:
Be the first person to tell us what record label the 2008 release The Supreme Genius Of King Khan is on.
