Ebony Bones Debuts Thursday at The Drake

Thursday night, the much talked/buzzed femme fatal from UK known as Ebony Bones, will be debuting for the first time in North America at The Drake Underground.

With a seven piece band and enough wardrobe to make a short film, expect this concert to be one crazy carnival.

Like many of today's up-and coming acts, Ebony Bones' reputation has been growing from word of mouth. With an explosive stage presence and a sound that lies somewhere in between punk, disco and tribal rhythms, it's no wonder why people find her style so appealing.

Formerly a British soap star from Family Affairs, Ebony Bones tend to be underpinned with other London-bred female singers like M.I.A or Lilly Allen, but this girl is way to wild to cage under a catalog.

With plenty of talent (songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer), a raw sound, distinctive sense of style and frenetic live shows, expect to hear from this girl again and again. Probably next time you'll want to see her you'll have to pay $50.

Here's an awesome video for Don't Fart On My Hearther, her second single which was self-produced and self-recorded.

This is a little taste of what you can expect from her live performances:
