Ezra Azmon

Is this violinist the best of the TTC buskers?

If a trip through Finch Station is part of your morning commute, chances are good you've passed by Ezra Azmon, one of the most talented buskers to perform in the TTC and on the streets of Toronto. Often accompanied by a harp played by Liang C. Lin (though there have been others), the two belt out some heart-wrenching melodies that tend, as the video below shows, to attract quite the crowd. Although we don't know too much about Azmon's backstory (more to come in the new year), his Facebook page does fill in a few details for those who are curious, and he has an extensive presence on YouTube beyond his TTC work.
