A huge music festival with top international DJs is coming to Toronto this summer

An electronic music showcase is coming back to Evergreen Brick Works

Each summer, Ozmozis takes over the heritage buildings at the Brick Works and will turn the massive indoor space and adjacent terrace into party spaces.

On May 27, Ozmozis hosts a daytime showcase The Soundgarden to celebrate the Toronto event organizations's 14 year anniversary.

This event is made for Toronto's house and techno lovers. The headlining acts are Argentine DJ Hernan Cattaneo B2B Nick Warren, a Bristol-based producer and record label curator. It invites American DJ Dastan, Swiss producer Simon Vuarambon, and local selector Borella.

Evergreen Brick Works is a collection of heritage buildings that are tranformed into public event spaces engulfed the nature of the Don Valley. Ozmozis hosted its two-stage festival in 2022 here, nestled in the heart of Toronto's ravine system.

The soundsystem is by Ulloriaq and Danley Sound Lab, who have done sound for epic local parties including I Love Promise, All Day I Dream In The Clouds, Electric Island and Club Parkette.

The full Ozmozis festival season has yet to be announced but last year they threw three Brick Works daytime parties along with others at Coda and Parkdale Hall

The terrace lets in sunlight and then exquisite lighting production takes over in the evening. There is a small garden, bars and industrial layout with a shady dancefloor for moving all day.

Tickets to The SoundGarden are on sale now starting at $50.
