Future Nightclub

One small step for Toronto nightlife, and one huge leap for the city's EDM-adoring community; this new spot opened its doors earlier this autumn, and has since seen a near-constant flow of eagre patrons every weekend.

With live DJs hitting the booth every Friday and Saturday night, alongside immersive LCD sreens encrusting the walls and ceiling, the name is no exaggeration — this club truly does represent the future of Toronto's nightlife.

Bar Maaya and Mia

This cocktail bar and supper club by day (and by day, I mean early evening,) in the Entertainment District transforms into a sultry-yet-vibrant nightclub every Friday and Saturday once the clock strikes 10 p.m.

With a menu of truly creative cocktails you won't find anywhere else (Absinthe service, anyone?) and special events like Industry Nights and Afro House sets happening on the regular, this is one spot that'll definitely make its way onto your roster.

Penthouse 17

Sometimes clubbing isn't all about getting sweaty and freaky on the dancefloor — it can also be a far classier endeavour, and that's where this brand-new Financial District spot comes in.

Combining contemporary interiors with a mid-century flair and live DJs spinning stellar tracks, all wrapped up in the pretty package that is an elegant heritage finance building, this is the place to go when you're feeling fancy.

Baby's Cabaret

Live out your wildest, most feather-adorned and rhinestone-encrusted dreams at this raunchy-in-a-good-way bar on Queen West. Here, live dancers take the floor (which is covered in a leopard print carpet) in regular intervals, while bartenders shake up fruity and sweet concoctions ideal for your next girls' night.

Runway 06

The latest iteration of once-popular Marked, this new venture (which bears a striking resemblance to its predecessor) has the added novelty of transforming into a raucous nightclub every weekend.

Come for a dinner of South American classics and stay for a club night designed to pay homage to the clubbing heyday of the late 80's, 90's and 2000's, complete with lazer shows, songs you actually know and a deluge of weird and wonderful entertainment.
