Why did you start your blog? Blogiversary?
I birthed my blog on Thursday, March 14, 2002 because, like Christian Slater in Pump Up the Volume, I had something to say and neither the state, the church nor my high school principal were going to shut me up!

Has blogging changed you or enhanced a personality trait?
I've grown from pompous blowhard to insufferable bore ... a 26% improvement in less than four years.

Do you have a favourite post from your blog?
My first Canadian History Moment with Col. Thomas Talbot.

And the posts about the time I did alien autopsies as an art project with kids.

Who are your fav blogger(s)?
In person? The best bloggers to meet in-the-flesh are: Christie, Marc, and Maria, especially when she talks about her dating misadventures. They're genuine, bigger-than-life characters and even more entertaining in real life than on their blogs. My favourite blogs are on my blogroll.

Lose any friends or muck something up because of a post?
Kelly still talks to me despite the internet dating incident last fall.

What's happening in Toronto right now that the rest of us should be watching?
