Buddies in Bad Times launches week two of Rhubarb Festival's program of new works. Shows this week run to February 15 and include Lisa Balkan's Out the Window, Evan Weber's Moon Mission 3, and Alex Wolfson's The Sexual Aberrations, Part One. The whole shebang ends February 22.
