ENVIRONMENT | Edible Tree Tour
This walking tree tour of Toronto will visit the city's greenest spots, including the first community orchard at Ben Nobleman Park, OCAD professor Stan Krzyzanowski's installation of grafted cherry trees, and a live action fruit pick by Not Far From The Tree, taking us back to a time when Toronto was nothing but a lush, untouched forest.
Meet at Eglinton West Subway Station at 2pm, tour ends at St Clair & Christie at 4pm / suggested donation: $5

PARTIES | Peace, Love and Hippie Shit
Primary Colours presents a night of live music and art with Milwaukee rapper Juiceboxxx, as well as a round robin performance featuring primal cave-pop champions Romo Roto and noise-punks John Milner You're So Boss going head-to-head in song-for-song rotation, plus DJ's, video projections, baked goods and free popsicles!

COMMUNITY | Neighbourhood Day on Dundas West
Local merchants work with the community to celebrate the Dundas West neighbourhood with a wide range of fun activities including live music, outdoor art & fashion shows, free percussion workshops, gypsy psychic readings, samba dancers, film screenings, food and drinks. A highlight will be the Samba On Dundas performance at Teresa's Place (1525 Dundas St W) at 2:15pm.

PARTIES | PANIC with Depeche Mode Side Room
Toronto's best monthly retro party PANIC moves into its' new home at the Reverb, with DJ Lazarus spinning the best in 80's dance music, as well as classic video games, a tribute to the late John Hughes and a prize of $100 for the best retro outfit. In the smaller Holy Joe's room, DJ Griz plays the music of seminal electronic group Depeche Mode all night long.

FILM | Generation: Hardcore Punk in Toronto
This hour-long documentary explores Toronto's present-day hardcore scene, with live performances galore as well as interviews with members of fantastic local bands such as Fucked Up, Career Suicide and Urban Blight. Staying true to the big ideas / small budget DIY ethos of punk rock, the film takes an informed and passionate look at what makes the scene tick. And what would a punk party be like without beer and pizza?

MUSIC | Hijacked Records (Detroit) Release Party
Hugely influential DJ, producer and designer Alan Oldham (aka DJ T-1000) was one of the original founders of the Detroit Techno scene in the late 80's, and joins together with fellow Motor City veteran Antwon "Twonz" Faulker and Toronto DJ's Derrick Ramirez and Kenny Glasgow for the release party of Hijacked Records new EP "Techopolis".
