FOOD
Toronto Underground Market
The one-of-a-kind social food market is on again at Evergreen Brick Works. Sample the foods of local cooks and entrepreneurs, who may never get the chance to distribute their food to a larger market. Our favourite new vendor, ESE, is bringing Los Angeles-style Mexican food to Toronto taste buds. Some tickets available at the door for $15 starting at 8 p.m. Sunday, March 4, 5-11 p.m.

ART
The Artist Project
The Artist Project runs all weekend featuring the unique work of 200 Canadian and international artists. From installation to digital art, this is the biggest exhibition in Toronto this weekend. Runs until Sunday at the Queen Elizabeth Building. Admission is $14 at the door and $12 online.
After Wolves by Matt Bahen and Observations of Light & Matter by Brendan Monroe
Toronto-based artist, Matt Bahen is having his first solo exhibition at LE Gallery, with the opening reception happening tonight. Bahen's work looks into the duality of mankind and human experience. And just a few doors down on the same night is the opening of Brendan Monroe's Observations of Light & Matter, an exhibit of the surreal and dream-like scenes at Cooper Cole Gallery. Two great galleries, one great night! Friday March 2, 6-10 p.m. Free.

SPORT & PLAY
Toronto International Bicycle Show
Professional bike riders will be duelling it out in this weekend's International Bicycle show, but the real entertainment is all the new bikes on display. Best to bring a handkerchief to mop up your drool. In addition to 2012 bikes, the bike show is also a good place to catch a deal on one of last year's models. Runs until March 4 (Friday 12-9 p.m., Saturday 10-7 p.m., Sunday 10-6 p.m.). Adult admission is $13.
Toronto Roller Derby
The second game of the Toronto Roller Derby season will play out on Saturday night at the Bunker. The All Star CN Power will play host to Roc City of Rochester NY followed up by one of the biggest inner-city rivalries when the Death Track Dolls take on the Smoke City Betties. Saturday, March 3, doors open at 5 p.m. 30 Carl Hall Rd, Studio 3.
Power of Movement: Canada's largest yoga fundraiser
Bring your downward dog and sun salutation to the Bram & Bluma Appel Salon at the Toronto Reference Library to raise funds for arthritis and autoimmune disease research. Novices to experts of all ages are welcome! Sunday, March 4, 11 a.m. 789 Yonge St.
MUSIC
GZA & Masta Killa of The Wu-Tang Clan
Masta Killa is playing his first Toronto set alongside fellow Wu-Tang Clan member, GZA at The Opera House. They'll bring da ruckus, you bring yourself. Friday, March 2, doors at 9 p.m. Tickets $30.
Music Blogs: A Conversation with Today's Digital Tastemakers
Writers and music fans will gather at the ING CafĂŠ to discuss how blogging has changed the music industry. The panel consists of music bloggers that will share how they got into the industry, what has been successful and what inevitably has not worked for them. Friday, March 2, 6:30 p.m.
Toronto's Official Swap Meet and Guitar Show
If your rockstar fantasies are being hampered by a subpar guitar or crackling amp, there's a solution. A range of items are available for sale from artist to artist at Toronto's Swap Meet and Guitar Show, which will have you riffing up a storm in no time. Saturday, March 3. General Admission $5. PARTIES
Promise Garden Party
Here's a way to express nostalgia for warmer weather and the days or yore. This is an old time garden party with a catch: it's held indoors. So bring spring-like attitude, forget the cold outside, and whatever you do, don't wear black! Saturday, March 3, 10 p.m. at the Great Hall. Tickets $30.

Toronto Annual Vintage Clothing and Textile Show/Sale
If hunting for antiques and rare vintage items is your thing then don't miss Toronto's annual Vintage Clothing and Textile show and sale happening on Saturday at the CNIB Centre. Saturday, March 3. Admission is $8.00 and kid under 12 for free with partial proceeds going to charity.

YouTube School: Musical
It would be safe to say that the majority of internet users have spent at least one entire night watching cute puppies and music videos on YouTube, but have you ever taken the time to dissect them? While this discussion and screening won't focus on the puppies, it will present a variety of music videos ranging from MTV to the webcam variety. Sunday, March 4, 2 p.m. The Academy of the Impossible, 231 Wallace Avenue. Free.
CHARITY
Concert for CAMR: Campaign for Global Access to Meds
This activist-organized concert is designed to raise awareness for the campaign for global access to medicines. Featuring local bands and musicians like the Quique Escamilla, The Liras, Sonagur, The Folk, and the Cool Hands, it's a party for a good cause. The perfect excuse to drink more! Saturday, March 3, doors open at 8 p.m. Tickets are $10 with proceeds going to the Canadian HIV/AIDS Legal Network.

Making Good book launch
Authors Billy Parish and Dev Aujla are proud to announce the launch of Making Good, a book about achieving personal financial success while also making a positive contribution to the world at large. The launch takes place at Type Books on Sunday, March 4 at 4 p.m.
Quip Magazine Launch Party
If the weekend hasn't caught up with come Sunday evening, there's always the launch party for Quip Magazine. The newish publication has some strong coverage of the local music scene.
