Dance Dance Party Party
This ladies-only dance party invites you to come out and DANCE for 75 minutes this Sunday. This afternoon has no goals, no rules, and no instructors--their only objective is to create a safe and welcome space for you to dance your heart out. Come trick your body into exercising and working out as you actually have fun! That's the dream, right? Their mantra is "No boys, no booze, no judgement." Wear whatever you are comfortable in, but just make sure it's suited for dancing for 75 minutes straight!

SPiN Toronto Women's Tournament
You haven't lived until you've experienced a ping-pong social club. Well ladies, here's your chance. SPiN Toronto just opened and is taking the city by storm with their first ever women's ping-pong tournament. Friday Night Live @ ROM presents "Toronto Live"
Tonight's instalment of Friday Night Live @ ROM will feature local live bands Jane's Party and Parkdale's Hands & Teeth, a mobile-powered scavenger hunt through the ROM, and food from Fidel Gastro, JK Frites and Waffle Bar.

COMEDY

Simon King at Comedy Bar
Simon King has a Comedy Network special under his belt, many TV and festival credits, an article in the L.A. Times, and even an endorsement by the master of comedy himself: Robin Williams. Be sure to catch his signature socially-conscious and dynamic comedy stylings on Saturday.

FILM

360 Screenings
360 Screenings are taking the visuals of film to a whole other level. Get ready to immerse yourself in a film screening which combines the elements of theatre with your typical couch-potato, movie-watching extravaganza. Prepare to take part in an immersive cinematic experience that will engage you with key characters and plot action; "step out of the audience and into the film."

Films by Lillian Schwartz--Free Screening and Reception
As one of the first women to present her film as artwork, Lillian Schwartz played a significant role in the foundations of computer developed art. Ars Nova Arts invites you to join them for an evening which will showcase her work on high quality digital, 16mm prints.

CULTURE

Doors Open Toronto
This weekend, over 135 of Toronto's coolest buildings will be opening their doors to the public and showcasing some of the people and organizations who have helped build our city. Socially, culturally, historically, and architecturally important buildings will be free to explore during the days. Buildings that are usually not open to the public (or which would charge an entrance fee) are available to everyone and lots of places have guided tours, while some are just free to explore on your own. SlutWalk Toronto 2012
SlutWalk Toronto began as an ironic comeback against the victim blaming and slut-that sometimes tragically accompanies sexual violence. SlutWalk invites you (yeah, you!) to come as you are--no matter your walk of life--dressed as you feel comfortable to hit the city streets. Let's take a stand for our bodies, our well-beings, and our minds.
Nathans Phillips Square (Toronto City Hall), May 25, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This "slut" is free.

FASHION

Fantasy Show
The Association of Russian Craft, Art and Fashion proudly present The Fantasy Show, an art exhibit which will feature local artists, photographers, fashion designers and crafts people from the Russian community. Expect live entertainment such as singing and dancing, and let's not forget the talent and inspiring beauty of these artists who strive for positivity and inspiration.
Toronto Center for the Arts (5040 Yonge Street), May 25, doors open at 6:00 p.m., show starts at 7:00 p.m. Tickets range from $35 to $75 depending on seating.

2nd Annual Vegan Spring Expo
With last year's fair being such a huge success, the Vegan Expo is back for its second year of cruelty-free living with a focus on animal rights. Live entertainment, music, films and documentaries, guest speakers, literature, and lots of food--this day will be jam-packed.

Toronto Taste
