Koreatown in Toronto is getting its first-ever street festival this weekend

There's a brand-new street festival coming to the Koreatown neighbourhood of Toronto this summer.

This weekend, Koreatown will be home to its first ever street festival, complete with some of the best eats in the city, live music, art and great vibes with the first-ever Koreatown Street Festival.

You'll be able to stroll Bloor West and sample foods by stopping into the neighbourhood's many local restaurants or visiting kiosks set up on the street offering unique dishes offering traditional and contemporary dishes.

There'll also be performances throughout the night from renowned Korean artists and local talent alike, bringing the best of Korean culture to the streets of Toronto.

The music isn't the only thing to keep you entertained, though. You'll also be able to check out a Tibetan Singing Bowl demonstration, free ASMR sessions and fitness activities.

The Koreatown Street Festival will be taking place at the intersection of Bloor and Euclid from 4 to 10 p.m. on Saturday, Aug 10, and it's completely free to attend.
