It is the Nancy Meyers aesthetic house you've been dreaming about. The fact that it hasn't been featured in one of Meyers's films is kinda shocking.  

Built in 1900, 35 South Dr. is a heritage Rosedale home with all the charm, warmth, and character of your favourite comfort movies.

The exterior, with its weathered cedar shingle roof and red brick, sets the tone for the home's elegant, sophisticated, yet lived-in vibes.

As you enter through the original wood door, you're transported into what looks like the movie set of The Parent Trap house.

A lot of it is thanks to the impeccable interior design of the home.

The only thing this house doesn't have that would make it peak Nancy Meyers is a swimming pool in the backyard, but I'm nitpicking.
