Asian Dragon Buffet

Asian Dragon Buffet is an all-you-can-eat buffet with an enormous selection of food and drinks.

From the outside, the restaurant resembles a big-box department store, with a blocky black facade and a bright red sign. This comes as no surprise, as the space was previously occupied by a Stitches factory outlet.

The vibe completely changes the moment you step inside. Though the large rectangular buffet area still calls to mind a bustling retail space, the rest of the building has its own unique aesthetic.

A few of these tables come with raised platforms to assist with communal eating.

The dining room is also equipped with wooden partitions that can be used to separate certain areas. This comes in handy for parties and private events.

Shrimp, squid, salmon and torched maki rolls were just some of the items on offer.asian dragon buffetFor our second plate, we went for a mixture of meat and veggies: juicy crab legs, crunchy spring rolls and smoky pork skewers were some of the standout dishes.asian dragon buffetOur third plate featured fried prawns, chow mein and huge oysters, seasoned with garlic and herbs.

The oysters won me over with their salty flavour and tender, buttery texture. If there hadn't been so many other dishes to try, I would have gone for seconds.
