Church St. Halloween Party brings out great costumes

The annual Church Street Halloween Block Party went down last night in the heart of the Village, and though rain threatened to put a damper on the night's festivities, the costume-clad attendees brought high spirits to the party. With three blocks of Church Street closed for the event, a sea of umbrellas, skulls, and masks filled the street as party-goers competed for the best costume of the night. There were lots of candidates who could have taken home that honour.
