Toronto movie theatre hosting Breakfast at Wimbledon

Breakfast at Wimbledon is one of tennis' most loved annual traditions - and this weekend you can experience the thrill and pageantry beyond your living room as the newly minted Hot Docs Ted Rogers Cinema hosts Breakfast at Wimbledon.

Not only is the cinema live streaming the finals on the big screen, but they're going all out by setting up a royal box and serving tea sandwiches along with strawberries and cream.

This year's finals could prove to particularly significant. The Williams sisters could improbably face each other for the first time since 2009. Roger Federer could cement his place as the greatest tennis player of all time with his 8th Wimbledon title and 18th grand slam. Or maybe Toronto's Milos Raonic will reach or win his first Grand Slam final.

The cinema will host Breakfast at Wimbledon starting at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday for the women's singles final and Sunday at the same time for the men's finals. The matches will get underway just after 9 a.m. with a pre-game show to get you excited for the big matches.

Tickets to Breakfast at Wimbledon are free. Theatre members can reserve online, while non-members must pick them up from the box office (limit two per person).
