Assassin's Creed concert with live symphony coming to Toronto

Ubisoft is bringing its Assassin's Creed Symphonic Adventure concerts to Canada, featuring various songs from the long-running video game series.

The first Canadian show will be held at Montreal's Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier on April 6th, 2025, with the second taking place at Toronto's Meridian Hall on April 10th.

Ironically, the Assassin's Creed series is renowned for being primarily developed at Ubisoft's studios in Montreal and Quebec, but this will mark the concert's Canadian debut.

Some of the games featured in the Assassin's Creed Symphonic Adventure include Assassin's Creed IIIIIBlack FlagOrigins and Valhalla.

The concert will also feature "From Depths of History," which original Assassin's Creed composer Jesper Kyd produced exclusively for Assassin's Creed Symphonic Adventure.

On top of that, Sarah Schachner, the Grammy-nominated composer of UnityOrigins and Valhalla, will be in attendance for both Canadian shows.

Produced in collaboration with Overlook Events, Assassin's Creed Symphonic Adventure kicked off in October 2022 in France, with five shows following in 2023 and 2024 in Europe and England.

The Canadian show will be presented by Toronto’s Kashamara Productions (Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Orchestra World Tour, Stardew Valley: Festival of Seasons).

Tickets for the Montreal and Toronto concerts go live on October 16 at 5 p.m. Assassin's Creed is the latest big video game franchise to get a concert in Canada.

This year alone, sold-out concerts for the likes of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Stardew Valley and Sonic the Hedgehog were held here. On top of that, PlayStation even just revealed its own global concert tour featuring music from the likes of The Last of Us and God of War.

It's also worth noting that the Canadian Assassin's Creed Symphony Adventure dates will fall shortly after the release of Ubisoft's Assassin’s Creed Shadows, a long-awaited feudal-era Japan-set entry in the iconic series.

Developed by Ubisoft Quebec (Assassin’s Creed Syndicate and Odyssey), Shadows will release on consoles and PC on February 14, 2025 following a three-month delay.
